Comprehensive Estate Planning Services
Our Probate and Estate Practices handle a broad rangeof legal issues involving estates and probate, including:
Estate planning — We will help you understand the methods for ensuring the orderly distribution of assets. We will prepare and execute all the documents necessary to put your estate plan in place, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and health directives. We often conduct free lectures or seminars to help people have a better understanding of the benefits of estate planning.
Probate administration — We work with executors, administrators, personal representatives and heirs, helping to complete the steps required to settle an estate in the probate courts. We will assist you with the preparation of an inventory of assets, the payment of all final debts and taxes of the estate, and the distribution of property according to the terms of a will.
Trust administration — We represent trustees and beneficiaries, helping to comply with the laws, as well as the terms of the trust.
Probate litigation — We handle disputes arising from the probate process, including will contests and allegations of breach of fiduciary duty.
Elder law concerns — We provide elder law counsel to individuals and help devise asset protection strategies to deal with long-term care needs.
Probate Fees. Some lawyers may try to charge an estate going through probate more than the law allows. At the Law Office of Peter C. Limberis, probate fees are charged according to the Statute and many times less than the Statute.
Our Practice provides representation on the following:
- Truck, motorcycle and car accidents. Florida is a no fault State on automobile accidents and you must receive initial medical attention within 14 days of your accident to preserve your reimbursement rights under PIP (Personal Injury Protection) Insurance.
- Boat or water craft crashes
- Golf cart accidents
- Dog bites and animal attacks
- Slips and falls
- Dangerous or defective products
- Wrongful death claims.
We take cases involving all types of injuries, from soft tissue to serious and catastrophic injuries, such as brain or spinal cord trauma, paralysis, and amputation or loss of limb.
We offer reduced fees on all
car accidents and other personal injury cases prior to the filing of a lawsuit.
If your personal injury case is settled before a complaint (a pleading) is
filed with the court, the contingency fee will be twenty five percent (25%) of
the gross award instead of thirty three and one third (33 1/3rd) % charged by most injury
lawyers. If there is no settlement or recovery, then there are no attorney fees
(costs excluded). Our firm has on many cases waived costs even when a settlement has occurred.
